-
Do I need to be advanced in yoga to join this training? Not at all. This training welcomes students of all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of practice, the focus is on breath awareness, personal growth, and mindful teaching—not physical performance.
-
What style of yoga will I learn? You’ll study Vinyasa Krama Yoga—a breath-led, therapeutic approach rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage. You’ll also explore Bhakti Yoga, mantra, meditation, and yogic lifestyle practices.
-
Is this training Yoga Alliance certified? Our training meets all Yoga Alliance standards and is fully certified by the Loft Yoga School, ISKCON. However, I want to be transparent about something important. Over time, I’ve come to realize that certification doesn’t always reflect the depth or quality of a training. While Yoga Alliance provides a useful global framework, it doesn’t actively assess or regulate the real-life experience, personal transformation, or teaching skills of graduates—or the experience level of the lead teacher. This training goes far beyond ticking boxes. It's built on decades of practice, therapeutic experience, and a sincere commitment to tradition and transformation. When students complete this course, they don’t just leave with a certificate—they leave with confidence, embodied knowledge, and a voice they can teach from.
-
Do I have to teach after this training? Not at all. Many students join for self-discovery, healing, or spiritual deepening. Teaching is an option, but this journey is for anyone wanting to live and breathe the essence of yoga.
-
Will we study philosophy and lifestyle, not just poses?Definitely. We explore the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Ayurveda, and how to live yoga through food (sattvic cooking), seva (service), and conscious relationships.
-
What’s the weekly time commitment? This is a weekend-based training designed to support working professionals, parents, and students. This 16-weekend training is divided into three phases, with Sunday timing adjustments to support different types of practice and content.
