Discovery Session In this nurturing first session, we come together to wholeheartedly explore every facet of who you are. We’ll gently unpack your personal history, day-to-day habits, physical condition, and emotional well-being through open, caring dialogue. By taking the time to truly listen and comprehensively assess your needs, I gather the deep insights that will guide us in creating a practice plan uniquely attuned to your body, mind, and spirit—one that respects your journey and supports your path toward lasting wellness. 2. Integration Session Drawing on all the insights we uncovered in your initial session, I carefully design a practice plan that’s uniquely attuned to your personal needs and aspirations. In our second session, we’ll walk through every facet of your individualized routine—breathwork, sequence, techniques—so you feel fully supported and confident from the start. By practicing together, you’ll gain clarity, comfort, and the foundational skills needed to make this healing journey truly your own. 3. Review & Refinement Session In this third session—plus any future review sessions you choose to book—we’ll take a close look at your progress, ensuring you’re following your plan safely and effectively. If needed, I’ll make adjustments or additions to your treatment plan so it continues to grow with you. Think of these sessions as your ongoing support system, giving you the reassurance and clarity you need to keep advancing on your wellness journey.
